We understand that purchasing a memorial urn is a deeply personal decision, often made during one of life's most difficult moments. Our policy is designed to be fair, compassionate, and clear.
Final Sale — Used Urns
Any urn that has been used to hold cremated remains is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. We ask that you inspect your urn carefully upon arrival before use.
Unused Urns — Exchange or Store Credit
If your urn has not been used and is in its original condition, you may request an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer cash refunds on unused urns.
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
- A 15% restocking fee applies to cover inspection and repackaging
Damaged or Defective Items
If your urn arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of the damage. We will work with you to repair, replace, or issue store credit at our discretion.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom orders — including urns with embedded objects, engraving, or made-to-order specifications — are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
