Return & Refund Policy
Every piece at Exotic Wood & Epoxy is one of a kind. Jeff makes one of each — there is no second unit, no replacement inventory, no identical substitute. Because of this, our return policy reflects the nature of what we make.
All Sales Are Final — With Three Exceptions
We do not accept returns or exchanges on one-of-a-kind handcrafted pieces. Once a piece leaves the studio, it belongs to you.
We will make it right in the following situations:
1. Damaged in Shipping
If your piece arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will work with you on a resolution — refund, store credit, or a custom replacement if possible.
2. Undisclosed Defect
Every piece is photographed thoroughly before it ships. If your piece has a defect that was not visible in the product photos and was not disclosed in the listing, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Natural wood variation, minor grain irregularities, and characteristics inherent to the material are not defects — they are part of what makes each piece unique. We will evaluate on a case-by-case basis and make it right if something genuinely was not represented accurately.
3. Wrong Item Shipped
If you receive a different item than what you ordered, we will arrange a return and send the correct piece at no cost to you.

To report an issue, email us or use the contact form on our Contact page. Please include your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 1–2 business days.
