Return & Refund Policy

At Exotic Wood & Epoxy, every piece is handcrafted and one of a kind. We take great pride in the quality of our work and want you to love what you receive.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and securely packaged for return. Because each piece is unique, returned items cannot be exchanged for an identical item.  Please email support@exoticwoddodepoxy.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@exoticwoodepoxy.com with photos of the damage. We will make it right.

Non-Returnable Items Custom or commissioned pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return.
