Processing Time All orders are processed within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer free shipping on all domestic orders. We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx — whichever provides the best rate and service for your shipment. Estimated delivery times vary by destination but are typically 3–7 business days after processing.
International Shipping We ship internationally. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and dimensions. Estimated delivery times vary by country and carrier, typically 7–21 business days after processing.
Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are outside our control.
Carriers We use a mix of USPS, UPS, and FedEx and select the carrier that offers the best combination of price and reliability for each shipment.
Tracking All orders include tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order ships.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@exoticwoodepoxy.com with photos. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.
