2. Products All pieces are handcrafted and one of a kind. Product photos accurately represent each item, but natural variations in wood grain, color, and epoxy patterns are inherent to handmade goods and are not defects. Dimensions are approximate.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

4. Orders & Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us at support@exoticwoodepoxy.com. After 24 hours, orders may already be in processing and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

5. Shipping We ship within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
